Yesterday, The Persistent Fool mentioned USF player Moffitt's recent divorce proceedings, and the allegations by his soon-to-be-ex-wife Shauna Moffitt that the and her twin sister wrote papers for him. Shauna also claims that Ben Moffitt cannot spell. Of course, considering that Moffitt played for USF, that's really not much of a surprise, is it?
We'll be tracking the divorce through records available from the Sumter County Clerk of Courts. Nothing interesting has happened yet, but we will be sure to talk endlessly about anything interesting that comes up. The next hearing date is set for 1/15 at 9 AM before Judge Morley.
